Offshore wind turbine grout

CBGM-50/70 Underwater Anti-Dispersion Grout for Offshore Wind

A two-grade cementitious underwater anti-dispersion grout for offshore wind foundation cavities and submerged load-transfer zones. CBGM-50 and CBGM-70 provide separate compressive-strength routes while sharing high-flow, zero-bleeding and reinforcement-protection requirements.

Recommended uses

Where this material fits.

  • Submerged offshore wind foundation cavities
  • Underwater jacket and pile connection zones
  • Marine void filling where washout control is required
  • Project-approved underwater pumping or tremie placement

Performance benefits

What the system is designed to deliver.

  • Separate 50 MPa and 70 MPa-class 28-day strength routes
  • Initial and 30-minute flow requirements for pumped placement
  • Zero-bleeding and underwater anti-dispersion positioning
  • Published reinforcement-corrosion and chloride-ion criteria

Technical data

Requirements and reported values, separated.

“Requirement” is the stated acceptance threshold or range. “Actual result”, “typical value” and “published value” are not guaranteed minima unless the requirement column says so. Final acceptance must follow the approved TDS, report, test method and project conditions.
